Hey there! Quick reminder about some of the rules for the events category.

First, no more than 6 events per month by one user. This is both because it adds a lot of clutter to the schedule and thus less people are likely to attend each event, but also it becomes very hard to manage all of the events. I would suggest focusing on one or maybe two events, and don’t start a new on until the previous one is finished, at least until you’ve had some experience running bigger events.

Second, you have both the training and expert servers tagged in your title. I noticed this too on few of your other events.

Third, while this isn’t a rule, it’s definitely suggested that you create a drop down tab where you can keep track of sign ups by assigning people’s names to different routes or gates. I would suggest looking at different event topics made by some of the users who have been here a while, and using similar formatting.

Fourth, I would also give your topic a bit more substance. For instance, why have you chosen this airport? Is there some connection to you, or to a real world event? Why did you choose the routes you chose? Are they real world routes? Historic routes? Why cargo? Etc. Once again, I would take a look at other user’s topics for examples on this aspect.

Therefore, I would suggest spending some time browsing the other event topics, familiarizing yourself with formatting and standards, as well as focusing on one bigger event. It is far more likely to attract users to join!
