[07:05Z] YA-PPR should’ve been given a LUAW to be more efficient in departures, this led to a separation conflict with AP-PLE later on
[07:06Z] The immediate takeoff would’ve been sufficient but it was overriden by a LUAW command + no pattern direction given with the T/O clearance
