Can't restore purchases on iPhone 7 Plus

I bought a new phone (iPhone 7 Plus) , and upon downloading Infinite Flight, I can’t restore my purchases. When I click it for both Aircraft and Regions, nothing happens, the button highlights when I’m clicking it, but nothing hapoens.

Will this be solved soon?

All App Stores selling Infinite Flight and it’s associated in-app purchases allow for downloading without repurchasing after an item has been paid for. To ensure you will not be charged twice, please ensure the following:

  • You have used the same App Store account and ID as the original purchase.
  • You have not been previously refunded.
  • You are not using any IAP hacking programs.

Storage Tips: All content must be installed to the device internal storage. Keep as much unused available storage as possible. About 1GB unused space is best when possible. If you install to alternate memory units or to a internal drive that is getting low on storage capacity, you may be forced to re-download and install previous content again, but won’t be charged again!

iTunes may indicate that they are going to charge you again, however if all of the above applies to your account purchases , you will proceed through their process which will follow with another iTunes message confirming that you already own the item and may download it again without charge.

If a prior IAP vanishes from your app inventory, the same policy will apply. You can’t be charged again. Please contact your App Store if you have any further issues. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have switched from an Android device to a device running iOS, previously purchased airplanes and regions cannot be transferred over as they are managed by the respective app stores. If you have purchased a live or live+ subscription that is still valid you should be able to have it transferred by contacting our community staff managers with your name, current callsign and the subscription receipt. In rare cases the subscription doesn’t properly transfer over and you will have to purchase a new subscription.

I still have IOS, same Apple ID etc, only a later model of iPhone. The issue is, the button isn’t working. When I click it, nothing actually happens. I think it is a bug with the app and iPhone 7plus compatability

Then re-purchase them and it shouldn’t charge you :), as long as you

  • You have used the same App Store account and ID as the original purchase.
  • You have not been previously refunded.
  • You are not using any IAP hacking programs.

It worked. When I clicked on a plane I owned, it was still red, with a download symbol, but the text said download instead of purchase! So I though as it hasdnt gone green, it didn’t work… but it did.
