Can't receive pilot's messages

Hi！I just have a training in KLCK.But i can’t receive pilot‘s messages for long time.It happened twice，how i can solve it？It‘s really strange.

is your web connection stable? Unstable connection can cause delays in receiving messages.

Yeah，i can see the plane active.But can’t receive the messages

have you tried rebooting the app? It might help. Also try clearing the cache.
