Can't operate as ATC

Recently, I’ve tried to open ATC. I keep on getting a screen showing this:

It is not showing the ATC screen and only showing “…”. I have checked to see if any other controllers were active at the airports, they weren’t.

Steps I’ve tried so far:
Restarted Wi-Fi router
Re-installed the App

Nothing has worked so far.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S8+, Android 7.0

Looks like a server restart is necessary… I’ll ask for it and get back to you when it’s done.

Might not be right now due to pretty high traffic though.
