Can't log into Infinite Flight Live with Google Play or Facebook

So, I just got a google play gift card so I could get Infinite Flight.
Upon buying the simulator I started it up only to find when I tried to log into my google play account it would login then freeze on a white screen.
I also tried to log in with Facebook but that didn’t work either, it didn’t come up with anything to be honest. It just stayed on a black screen. I was wondering if anybody could help me out with this.
Keep in mind I bought a 20$ google play gift card so I most definentally did have enough Google Play balance to buy monthy.

Thanks for contacting support;

  • Are you up to date with your software?

  • Try deleting and reinstalling (It won’t charge as long as your logged in with the same account)

  • Is your internet ok?

  • Try restarting your device

Hi @Aussie_Wombat,
Since I only just got Infinite Flight my software is most likely up to date, if you mean android software I don’t have any new updates so I also believe that is up to date.
I get 10MBPS (Im aussie aswell xD) and I have already tried restarting my device twice.
Once again I have already tried deleteing and reinstalling IF, that has also not fixed the issue.

Most likely, it could be a device issue then if you have tried all of the options above… Sorry about that!

I factory reset my device and all is good now.
