Summary

Once i loaded the app I tried to click online after an app crash and an error message pops up saying " Infinite flight can’t get your latest account statistics. Check your connection and try again { My internet connection is perfect , and I loaded into a solo flight and the error message pops up in game too}

Steps to reproduce

  • Launch IF
  • Click online.
  • Error message pops up.

Expected results

To load into online and select my airport and aircraft.

Actual results

It shows as Connecting then the error message pops up after a few seconds.

Many users have that problem at the moment, just like me…was able to reproduce

It seems that Restarting your device helps…?

Able to Reporduce

Phone : Asus Rog Phone 3

IF Version : 20.2 (983)

I just got back into online after restarting my device try that y’all.

It’s a common issue at the moment I’m not going to say it deliberately but it’s gotta be said I’ve got the issue I found you can fly in solo however not in multiplayer try flying in solo see how you go if nothings working leave the app for a few hours.

I have already tried to restart my device and it has not helped. Good idea though! I’m sure they’ll fix it soon :)

I am having this Problem too

Maybe try disconnecting internet and reconnecting?

I’ve Re-installed too, this has not helped either

It’s a server issue, we’re looking into it. Should be better in a few mins

I can confirm this was happening to me and a hard restart of my device fixed it.
