Hi I’ve been struggling to communicate with ATC. Not only can I not hear the atc, I cannot see the text pop up for some reason… hope you can help.
Did your internet is stable? Or are you using VPN?
Internet is good and I’m not using a vpn, I might’ve had a vpn on upon purchasing though if that makes a difference
This is often a difficult issue to resolve, and usually is due to a poor connection. Placing your device into “flight mode” for 30 seconds can help re-establish a connection to our Live servers.
If this does not fix the issue, we recommend diverting to another airport that is uncontrolled to avoid interference with other online traffic

I paid so I can play with ATC. I’m going to request a refund if this doesn’t get resolved asap. At the top corner I can see the connections and it says that everything is running properly so that’s not the issue
If you’re using WI-FI can you switch to cellular data? Currently there’s no one reported any issue so there shouldn’t be any issues on Infinite Flight Servers.
Also please add your device and operating system.
I believe that this is a known issue. Try restarting your app and see if that resolves it.

Yeah I’ve tried, it’s been an issue since I bought pro and that was 3 days ago. I’ve been using infinite flight pro for 5-6 years and I’ve never experienced this issue.
