I can’t see the a380 in the airplane list but I can see other users using the plane so I’m wondering if there’s a fix to this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail

I’m not sure but there is a check box in the bottom of the screen that if you don’t activate, it will only show updated planes. If you have that checkbox empty, activate her and will show you all planes, even the old ones.
