Can't create a plan

Hello everyone, I am using a Laptop and trying to create a flight plan and seem like it , “error generating plan.” I did make sure all the input is correctly and no error at all. I had taken a screenshot of this. This did happen few times only today.

Device Specification

  • Name of Company: HP
  • Processor: AMD PRO A10-8700B R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 1.80 GHz
  • RAM: 8.00 GB (7.42 GB usable)
  • Edition: Windows 10 Pro

Connection

  • Use Connection: Wi-FI
  • Strength: Poor - Good - Strong
  • Any problem in last 24 hours: One (Seem to auto-disconnect)

The error is on their side not yours. Nothing you can really do. You can try another site like SimBrief to see if you can get one.

Oh, maybe I should contact Flight Plan Database then.

Yea it looks like a website issue to me as well
The quickest way to get a decent flight plan is @Chris_S beloved FPLtoIF

I know what FPLtoIF and I use that, but I just want to try other website.

I can tell you there’s no better website than FPLtoIF, it’s just perfect.

I had a friend who used FlightPlanDatabase and he switched to FPLtoIF as soon as he heard about it.

Try a short haul,it works,but for about the past few months long haul flights take a long time to generate.

Thanks for reporting this issue, it should now be fixed. e.g. RJTT to KLAX - Flight Plan Database

For those curious, there was a issue introduced recently where generating certain plans that cross the international dateline caused it to make poor routing decisions, eventually leading to the generation timing out before it could complete.
