Yes it also happened to me just restart IF and it will works
I just waited and it connected at some point again.
Oh and move the thread to support please!
Check your internet connection and try again

-Give it a couple of minutes, it might connect.
-If not, Re-Start the App.
-If that doesn’t work, Re-Dowload the App (Make sure to remember your Password and E-Mail).
-If none of that works, come bacj to us with your device details…
