Cant Buy IF Live+, help would be much appreciated

Hi everyone,
For most of the time that I have owned IF, I have stuck merely to solo flight. After a while of being in the confining spaces of the non-global world, I have decided I wanted to buy IF Live+. The only issue is, whenever I try to purchase it, it will reject the purchase, I have tried on the phone and on a computer, as well as on the app and on my IF account page. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If able, please send a sceeenshot of the error message you’re receiving, the device being used, and where you’ve attempted to purchase it so far. I look forward to getting you setup with Live+!

Hi Tyler, it is hard to explain my issue, for some odd reason, the purchase goes through without problems, but for some reason, it keeps on saying there are no purchases on my account. It says the same when I press restore purchases. I’ll add some screenshots.

Thanks for providing me with the screenshots. I see you took a long break from Infinite Flight, then made a month subscription purchase 3/18/2017. We’ll absolutely make sure you still have 30 days from the time this is resolved.

Did you utilize the same credentials to login from when you last played online in July of 2016? Please confirm your callsign right now so I can determine which account you’ve signed into? Chances are you are attempting to sign into an older account, but the purchase was made on another. Thanks!

Hi Tyler,
I am quite new to the live community so I have never made purchases on he account before 3/18/2017, also, as far as I’m concerned, my only account I can recall is my current one, currently under the quite blasé call sign of Jack Cooney. Also, if it helps at all, I currently have a very old phone with an iCloud account, so in order for any purchases to be made, they need to be confirmed by an administrator device. This can sometimes mess with transactions.

Can you please tap your name in the top right hand screen of the home page in-app and tell me what your callsign is currently? That’ll show me which account you’re using so I can merge them and transfer the purchase.

Thanks for staying patient. I know this stuff is exhausting, especially when it comes to figuring out which account you used nearly a year ago. We’ll get you taken care of!

Perfect, @Jack_Cooney. I have merged the account you made a purchase from to the account you’re currently signed into. Along with that, your stats and purchase will be transferred. Please try accessing Live and let me know if it works.

I’ve also adjusted your Live subscription expiration date to expire 30 days from today since you were unable to use Live as this was being resolved. Thanks,

The first thing I feel must be said is thank you. When I first realized the issue, I was imagining the headache of waiting for a response for several hours, because that is what I have experienced from “insert monopoly simulator copany here (I’m talking about you Microsoft, you’ve already given these guys enough grief right about now to begin with)” but you guys are just such nice and professional people. This started late yesterday and you guys have it finished within the period of a day. There was a point when I thought I could give you all the respect I could muster, yet somehow you earned even more. Thank you, so much.
