Can't able to contact ATC properly

Hi I have a problem in my IF account after the new update where I can’t see other Planes properly it will be showing like (unknown) and the main problem here is I can’t contact ATC properly.even if I’m in a active frequency I can’t hear what the ATC instructions are and they can’t hear me what my replies are so that I got many level 2 and 3 now I can’t play expert server for a year I request someone to help me with this

Hey, this is a known issue for some users since the latest update (and probably hotfixes). Further, you can surely appeal for the violations if you believe this was purely network/game issue and not intentional from your side.

What network were you using?

Was it Mobile Data or Wifi?
Was it 4G or 5G?
