Cannot open IF anymore on Android

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (SM-P610)
Operating system: Android 13, version one ui 5.1.1

Are there other users who have this issue? I had an update of IF last night, around 0100Z

We released a new version today with a critical fix, and it should be showing up in the Play Store for you now. Sorry about the extra update!

Downloaded the update and I can use the app again. Thanks for the fast response!

Hi there, after the Jan 9th update my tablet seems no longer to be supported. It’s a HUAWEI matapad pro MRX-W39 with proper Google framework. Is Huawei no longer supported onward, or it’s a bug?

We haven’t made any changes to compatibility. So I’m afraid this is most likely an issue in your Play Store. Clearing it’s cache may help :)

Yeah I’ve tried that but still doesn’t works for me lol/ Tried to install from web but showed no compatibiltiy for the device.

Hi there I wanna inform you that I installed apk successfully using third party website, so it might be a Goole Play store problem, recognizing my device as not supported.

That’s where the issue is. Your Huawei device doesn’t have Google Play services out of the box as it is not Play Protect certified. Downloading Infinite Flight from 3rd-party stores, i.e. not the officially published apps on the Google Play store and Apple App store respectively, is not officially supported and various compatibility issues are to be expected.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to play Infinite Flight on your Huawei device.

That’s why I mentioned I have proper Google framework on the device. It has Google Play service and it is Play Protect certified. I used Google Play Store until this update doesn’t allow me to do with compatibility issues, and it’s exactly third party service that allowed me to install. You got it backwards.
