Cannot log in, says account found

So maybe it’s because my service got suspended on my phone? I’m on my wifi at home I just got today. I tried to log in to enjoy a flight and it tries to make me pay. I click the already subbed button and it says subscription found but it’s already another users or something and to try logging in with an account from the past.

No idea what that means, i pay every month through my t mobile billing and I’ve payed this month I know! Any help TYIA!

You probably signed in with a wrong email, also could of used a different Apple ID to perform this months purchase.

If that’s not the case you most likely haven’t followed through properly with the transaction, try restoring the purchases or try again on purchasing the month…

P.S don’t use two many accounts it won’t work properly than… check other devices aren’t on the same system
