Cannot link Discord account to IF account

I bought the PRO subscription for Infinite Flight again after a decently long break. I then tried to link my new account to my Discord account and it popped up with a error saying “The account you are trying to connect is already linked with another Infinite Flight Pro subscription.” I’ve got no access to this other account anymore partly due to me switching phones from an Android to an IPhone during this break from IF.
