I received a Level 3 violation more than a week ago. According to my current stats, I now have 0 Level 3 violations in the past 7 days, but I still cannot access the Expert Server.
My current status:
• Level 3 Violations (7 Days): 0
• Level 3 Violations (1 Year): 2
• All Level 2/3 Violations (1 Year): 6
• Violation/Landing Ratio: 0.02 (below 0.50)
• Grade:3

Firstly, sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with accessing the Expert Server.
Can you please try doing a short flight on the training or casual server, just long enough to gain some XP. This will help refresh your stats and should provide you with the ability to then regain access to the Expert Server.

Since you have this, you have to wait for the 1 violation to expire at the exact minute
So, If you got the earliest one in October,
You have to wait to October .
