Hi there!

Sorry this event is cancelled but there is a clear reason.

This is quite a big event but you announced it only 36 hours before the event actually happens. That meant that no one was interested because they already have plans for the event day. Normally on the IFC (for example like the event I just posted now) we post our events at least a week in advance so you should have announced yours around the 8th-9th September so people haven’t planned for the next weekend and so are still available for when this event is taking place.

Just some tips and it will help you with hosting future events.
