Can’t see other aircraft when on ground and when I’m in act

Can’t see other aircraft while on the ground and in the tower, I also don’t think the ATC person can see me. Please help!

Need Assistance!

I’ve loaded into ATC on the training server and it doesn’t show me as the ground controller even though it says it’s connected to the server. Any idea why? I’ve cleared the app cache and even closed and reopened the app. Thanks in advance guys :) [Screenshot_20191006-030253]
