I can’t log into my account in the app, it opens a web page that just leads back to the app and doesn’t let me log in. I can log into the forums with no issue
Delete and reinstall it. It’s known as a common issue.

If you go to https://community.infiniteflight.com on your iPhone 7 in Safari (assuming it is your default browser) - which account are you signed in with?
I mean I’d guess so. I tried logging on another phone, took a while to get it, my friend had a problem once connecting, and I’ve seen people on Reddit having the same issue. Maybe it’s a WiFi connection related problem or of some sort. For me at least when I clicked on the “authorise” button, sometimes nothing happened.
A known issue is something we as staff know about. Not something you’ve read on Reddit :)
Not saying this as “slap on the wrist”. It’s just that it can get confusing for others if someone says it’s known when it’s really not.
