Can’t get to TL2

I read the “understanding discourse trust levels” website and my account has fit the criteria needed to get to TL2 but I’m still on TL1. Is there anything I’m missing?

You have to be 17 in order to download Discourse Hub.

The standard/default Discourse age limit is 13 and over. You can use any public Discourse feature from the forum’s age requirement.
