I have been trying for a while now but every time I try to get the monthly subscription, I get kicked out of the app and brought back to the home screen. I don’t know what to do!
Some facts about my condition:
- I have a iPhone 6s
- I have tried other subscription options like the 6 month plan or the yearly plan
- I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and trying again but that didn’t work either!
This is a picture of what it looks like before I try to get the subscription.
1.) Do you have restrictions enabled in your iOS settings?
On the iOS device, open the Settings screen. Tap General, and then tap Restrictions.
Tap the option to Enable Restrictions. Enter and then re-enter a Restrictions passcode.
By default, all of the apps and services are allowed. To disallow/allow in-app purchases, tap on its button.
2.) Have you also tried logging out of your App Store then signing back in?
3.) Is you Operating System updated to the latest version?
What IOS restriction I might have that would not let me get a subscription?
In your settings you can have app purchases disabled. See the info provided above, click on iOS Settings ;)
