Can’t change email

I don’t know why, but I’m unable to change my email address for my account. It says it sent me a verification email but I haven’t received anything.

It could take awhile for it to send.

Might be a good idea to check potential spam/trash folders as well.

I checked everything and I haven’t received anything.

Hey @Philippe_Gilbert,

Make sure you’re using an email that the website can actually send to. For example, some institutions’ (eg. school, college, et cetera) email servers don’t allow external mail.
