I was doing touch and goes around Stansted in an F/A 18 and got this?!
I didn’t get a warning about a second violation let alone a third!!

Happens to me sometimes, make sure you aren’t doing crazy flips or going full afterburner low too the ground. It is kinda sensitive in my opinion with fighters.

Fighter jets don’t have a speed limit, but under 10,000 feet I think you must stay under 260 kts

Huh? You’re contradicting yourself.
If you weren’t doing any aerobatic maneuvers you can appeal it.
This happens when you pull back on your device too hard. I’ve learned the hard way multiple times.

What I meant was I was doing a touch and go the applying power doing a left turn away from the airport then coming in for another touch and go
You can appeal level 1 violations??
Unfortunately, Level 1 violations can only be appealed for technical issues, Aerobatics and overspeed violations cannot be reversed.
