Well the people in charge of the forum per se are the moderators and some staff members. I don’t think people are banning you per se either.

It’s a joke. I think you will find that the forum is primarily professional. If your post has been flagged and closed it has broken a rule.
Not really. They are very straightforward and underlining precisely what is and what is not allowed. It’s never wrong to ask questions. In fact, you might find that is often encouraged here. However, If your post is disrespectful, off-topic, inappropriate or a multitude of other things it will be flagged. Here are the guidelines is you want to read them one more time:

I’m curious on how much I need to go passive aggressive I need to be with the yellow sticky notes on someone’s desk to get a point across without offending anyone

Well you can be passive-aggresive in a non-rude, offending way. However, you are simply ‘aggresive’. Id work on the passive part before you start complaining about sticky notes. Its simply downright childish, and as people have mentioned before, I’d recommend reading the guidlines

Here’s an idea, don’t. You can get an idea across without having to be rude, and quite frankly no one wants to deal with someone who needs to be aggressive towards them to get their point across.

I’m saying don’t report me because you don’t like what I say because you can’t DM Me. I’m that bear not to poke. This ancient platform from 2006 should be replaced by other reliant and relevant platforms like Twitter face gram
