With the 2 most recent updates I have been unable to update the game from the store. I’ve been looking forward to the revamped A330 and purchased a brand new phone to run the game on. And yet the app page in the store says my phone is not compatible with the updates…

What kind of device are you using?

I assume you mean Motorola Moto E.
If so, I’m afraid that device is not running a 64-bit version of Android which is a requirement to be able to get the 21.x updates.
I wish I had known that before buying it…wouldn’t have forked over $800 for it.
(The box from straight talk said Samsung Galaxy Moto E. And the phone says its 64bit)
The moto E is listed at $130 USD, are you sure you have the moto E?
How did you spend $800 for a Moto E?! - I just found one for less than $100 in 2 minutes flat!

Maybe you could return it if it’s within warranty or barely used…?
But yeah. It’s ridiculous, as to why certain manufacturers still load a 32-bit OS on phones that are capable of 64-bit. Samsung is a serial offender in that case.

That’s what my local straight talk dealer priced it at, said it was “a brand new phone” -.-
I’m sorry to say that this seems like you got scammed, as that phone doesn’t exist on either Samsung’s or Motorola’s lineup…
The only advice I can give is to make sure to research adequately about a product before paying a large sum of money for it

32-bit support was cut off with 21.1 (for 3D buildings etc)
We don’t have any time slated for when 20.3 will be cut off (the version you’re running now).
You should be okay for a while longer though!
