Can moderators change my username after 1 year?

Hello all IFC members, hope you’re alright,

So i have a quick question about the username change.
So last year, 22 June 2022, @DeerCrusher changed my Username to Captain_Lufty , the actual one, now, more than one year has passed. Can a moderators change it again?

As far as I know it can only be changed one time.

It can be changed once every 2 years.
