Of course they can.
We, as IFATC, always appreciate those compliments from IF players, no matter if it’s on a topic, or a private message. It means for us that we are giving the quality ATC service we’re always looking for :)

Thanks for your response I just want to specifically mention one person that happens to be in my local area and a good friend of mine and we are also members of the same discord server and he is supposed to be hitting a mile stone of 150,000 operations but as of this morning while he was controlling his app crashed so no operations were recorded so he is going to try again tonight

The best category for that would be ATC , but I would recommend messaging the controller directly via PM instead!
