So I am 1 hour from London Heathrow from Los Angeles
Me and my family need to go to a place, so I need to switch between WiFi networks.
Will this disconnect me? I don’t want to waste a 11 hours flight because of a network switch.

Generally, it should not be any issues. I have personally switched networks on multiple occasions without any problems. However, it depends on how long you plan on being disconnected? Will the switchover be immediate?
