MCO-MNL would be an interesting flight that you can try. There’s no current direct flight in real life so if that sounds like something you’d like to try—go for it.
I know a few from Dubai that are real world routes if that’s what you’re considering:
DXB-GIG is around 14 hours
DXB-MIA is 15-15.5 hours
DXB-BOS is around 13.5-14 hours
DXB-DFW is around 15.5-16 hours
DXB-SEA is around 14ish hours
You can also fly SFO-MNL, 14ish hours in a United or Philippines livery to simulate a real world route
SFO-TPE would be similar

i am bored of flying into USA so i am searching for a good route
you could do SQ1 KSFO-VHHH about 14:30 hours straight out of USA over the sea

LAX-Auckland is also a good option (13hrs and the scenery in New-Zealand is beautiful)

You can also request your routes here. My recommendation would be Adelaide to Doha. Great scenery of the Arabian desert and Australian outback.

LHR-BKK clocks in at about 12 hours and 23 minutes.
LHR-SIN is usually on a dream liner, but it’s about a 13 hour flight.
FRA-SIN is about 12.5 hours long.
