GCLP-GMMN along the African coast is one of my favourites next to YBBN-YMHB.
If you want a longer route maybe RJTT-VTBS or FACT-FMMI.

I’d recommend flying to some remote, mountainous airports like those in Bhutan, Nepal and Tibet; one airport I’d whole-heartedly recommend flying to Lhasa (ZULS), you’ll get to see fantastic mountain ranges and you’ll be approaching the airport through a canyon which looks amazing:

One of my favourite scenic route is PHNL-PHOG-PHTO, I just love the island hopping with the beautiful scenery.

I do it in the TBM. Sometimes I fly the C172.

I agree, island hopping in a small prop has a really nice adventurous vibe which is another great choice
