Can anyone make an airport guide?

i was just wondering, is anyone allowed to make an airport guide for an airport, or only IFATC members?

Anyone is more than welcome to make an airport guide. Just make sure that a guide for that airport isn’t already created and that you follow the category rules of the #ground-school:community-tutorials category which are linked below:
