Camera view would not move

I’m doing a long haul flight form EGLL to KSAN with a B744, which is about 11 hours long.

But when was airborne, the cockpit, wings, tail view cameras are not moving up down right or left, i can only zoom in or out, they are all facing forward. I am now 2:11 hours airborne, and cannot end flight because it took me some time to plan and set everything. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

This has happened to me many times whenever I use the B744. Unfortunately, nothing can be done when I have that issue and I end up just ending the flight.

What device is it?

S6 edge.BTW I have complete the 10:30 hour flight with the issue. I’m to gonna end a flight when halfway left for a small issue😕
