Why do I see that this beta tester has more that 8 characters in his callsign. I tried typing the name and said it was too long. Is this a new part of the Globsl update, or am I missing something?
I know that if he had that username before the criteria for it were updated, and never changed it, it would still work.
Iām sure that either the mods or developers changed the rule for beta testers. Almost all of the mods callsigns are more than 8 characters

That is really unfair. I would like to spread my imagination a little bit more than just 8 characters.
