Umm, just wondering, but, when I was doing some flying on Infinite Flight, the callouts said “twenty five hundred”. I was just wondering if it was a new add to the callouts because I have never heard it say that before.

No, it’s always been there. Basically means you are descending through 2,500 feet.

You need to have gears down to hear the announcements (as I know)
You must have your aircraft configured for landing and pass through 2500 AGL to hear this callout, this is the first callout you will hear once on your final approach.
You can hear it in the cockpit! :D
