So yesterday around 8:30PM ET, I called iTunes customer support to cancel a subscription that auto renewed itself, but I jut checked again (6:50AM ET currently) But the thing is, it’s still there…
As far as I know, the cancellation of a subscription after it has been renewed is not guaranteed. I would just check back with them as there’s likely not much IF can do on their side regarding a refund.
I called Apple not IF support. (They said the money had been refunded, and that the subscription was now cancelled.)
And that’s what I’m saying, check back with Apple as there is likely not much IF can do. (Sorry if unclear)
I am planning on doing that later. :) I’ll let you guys know if it “goes away” by then.
