Hello. I was about to start a flight, but before I did, I had my iPad face down on the floor. I picked it up to the angle that I would be using it in, calibrated, but nothing happened. The elevators are still in a fully upright position and no matter how much I move my device, they don’t budge. Any idea as to why this happened?

Usually, when this happens, I turn the V/S-autopilot on and off. After that, calibrate once more and you should be fine.
