Calibrated when turning off AP

Could anyone give me some tips on keeping the plane steady when turning of AP? Countless times, I am on approach and disable autopilot, and the nose dives. Just before disabling AP, I always calibrate, however that doesn’t really help. If only the calibration adjusted to the plane, instead of the plane adjusting to the calibration.

Anyway, I’d appreciate any help on possible solutions.

Hello! Before disabling AP, I would recommend that your aircraft is trimmed out which would prevent a rough transition while turning off AP. Make sure there is no magenta in the trim box :)
