Sad to see liverys who have had fewer votes than this, being added to the IF.
Because votes have little to no influence anymore. Staff mentioned they didnât add the Copa livery on the MAX 8 because there were few real-life examples. However, it has nearly 90 votesâif they were going off votes alone, it should have been added. Despite what anyone says, it ultimately comes down to whether or not they think itâs a good addition.
Itâs hard to have a platform for votes thatâs not treated as it should. But Iâm sure the MAX Copa will be added, a matter of time.
Of course it is a good addition, because they donât care about impressing African pilots, having good liveries inside the simulator now that some liveries for Africans are coming, such as Ethiopian, for example, Air Senegal A319/20, is important for Africans. I have been playing Infinite Flight for many years, since the world map did not yet exist. Until today, I have not seen any liveries. There is a request for the old TACV, which they never gave any importance to. They also have a Cape Verde 737-700, which they did not give any importance to. Now, at least, there is a Cape Verde 787 Max. It would be cool if they added these for us, too, who like to fly with Cape Verde, to feel a little excited, because it is no fun at all to fly with the generic livery

. But you made my point exactly. Unless the development team thinks it âadds valueâ to the sim is the only way liveries get added. Votes play a VERY little part in the actual decision to add it. I view votes at this point as suggestions rater then actual decision makers.
I didnât forget about TAAG, but Africa has very few planes, they should add all of them

But to stay on topic, this livery is really needed. Cabo Verde islands are underrated! About time we get this livery!
I really like how the colours complement each other, quite unorthodox choice though but it really works on this livery.
The colors are beautiful but itâs a shame they donât add it to Infinite Flight, itâs really sad
No shade, but honestly the old TACV livery (the one used on their B737-800 with all that blue 
) looked way better and felt way less empty. It actually reminded me of the Cape Verdean flag, which made a lot of sense.
The new one? Itâs kinda giving âEuro-whiteâ vibes. But at least theyâve got a 737 MAX now, so props for upgrading the fleet.
That said, Iâm still not sure what connection the new livery has to Cape Verde itself. When I first saw it on their 757, I legit thought it was just a random design choice.
Maybe the yellow and turquoise are supposed to represent sand and ocean colors? If thatâs the idea, I guess it kinda works.

Still, switching the name from TACV to Cabo Verde was a smart move much more recognizable internationally !
