Building Traffic at Boston (100+ Departures!) - IFATC Timelapse

Howdy y’all!

It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a Boston local session out, but this is one of the best sessions I’ve had there in quite a while. I decided to open up along with the release of Infinite Flight 22.8, including the new Blueprint JetBlue livery on the updated E-190, hoping attract some JetBlue lovers - and I was not disappointed! Traffic began to build, and by the time I closed Boston I had departed over 100 aircraft and increased the inbound aircraft from 10 to 50 arrivals - Boston became the mini hub for the night! ATC remained staffed there for hours after I ended my session as inbounds continued to pour in. I was so happily surprised so see my home airport get so much attention on a random Thursday night, hope y’all enjoy watching this session as much as I enjoyed controlling it!

Thank you, I appreciate it! This is my home airport, and one I control a lot so I’m very familiar with the layout, and though you’re right it can be challenging, it’s also very rewarding when used correctly!

I really wish I could be IFATC - but I’m so busy with University I only have time to fly once-twice in the evenings/overnight.

Might happy someday.

Yeah I did it over the summer when I had much more time, I’m sure you’ll get there eventually though! :)
