Bug with ATC communication

Hello Support Team,

I would like to report what appears to be a recurring issue with ATC communication in Infinite Flight.

On multiple occasions, I have attempted to contact ATC several times (typically 4–5 times), but ATC controllers have informed me that they are unable to see me on their radar or establish communication with my aircraft, despite my contact requests being sent. As a result, I have previously received violations for failing to contact ATC, even though I had made multiple attempts to do so.

The same issue occurred again today. I repeatedly attempted to contact ATC, but communication could not be established. Since I have experienced this problem before and had already received violations because of it, I ultimately decided to exit the session to avoid receiving another violation for something that appeared to be outside of my control.

I believe there may be a bug affecting the communication or radar synchronization between pilots and controllers. I would appreciate it if the team could investigate this issue and review any relevant logs associated with my account and the affected sessions.

3rd Instance of my live atc communication error

Just for everyone’s information: We are aware of this issue affecting a small subset of our users and have been looking into it. Here’s the problematic part: the users affected by this are almost exclusively located in India, using service providers such as JIO and Airtel. This becomes challenging because, not being on either JIO or Airtel’s network ourselves, troubleshooting is close to impossible - we need to follow every single breadcrumb in the chain of events to determine what’s causing …

What would be the possible solution for time being? So that we can fly into ATC controlled airports and do not even get reported by the ATC

Unfortunately, we don’t have a solution for this yet. It’s a tricky one considering it’s not really something caused by us.
We have some experimental server features we’re still working on that might help, but those aren’t ready yet.

I also play with ISP connection, I have had this issue when I started playing and the only workaround I have found around it is using VPN, hopefully that is fine.

My point being, if there is no issue with using a VPN, then @Omkar_Rathi can use VPN to avoid connection issues
