As an all business flight this is a flight really easily affected by the enormous decline in business travel in the moment. I hope that the service will resume once the whole situation has returned to normal again, which I hope it does rather sooner than later.

Well, as iconic as the flight is, BA suspending it is probably the best decision now at the moment.
Just now, British Airways LCY-SNN-JFK flew LCY-LHR. Apparently all passengers are being transferred onto a LHR-JFK flight, likely due to low demand.
