I’ve never been on BA before. But I feel bad for those customers who booked their tickets in that time frame.
It’s a real pain for it to fall on these people. Thia can happen to any airline. I hope that the people get through this. this is going to be VERY expensive for BA!

I’ve flown with them on one round-trip out/in Heathrow to Stockholm, but it was an AA codeshare.
380,000 is a crazy number; I hope BA doesn’t lose too much money from this.
Although, considering that an airline like Air Canada was able to expose 1.7 million accounts, and considering that BA carried a total of around 45.2 million passengers in 2017 alone (according to Wikipedia), it definitely could’ve been much worse. Luckily all 45.2 million passengers weren’t exposed, that’d be BA’s worst nightmare.
I hope the victims of this event won’t be heavily affected and will be able to quickly recover from this situation. :)

Well it can happen to any airline. I feel sorry for people. I’ll only be super worried if it happens to easyJet because that is who I normally fly with
