This was first revelaed in 2011 I believe so I don’t think so. Also this is just a special livery. Etihads one is their permanent one.

It was only around on one aircraft for a few months back in 2012, related to the London Olympics.

it was a specific Olympics livery authorised by the International Olympic Committee. They only allowed it to be used for a few months before and during the olympics, and after that it had to be removed.

The separate dove livery done at the same time was BA’s own one so several aircraft continued to be on aircraft for years after. There is one A319 dove livery aircraft left now at LHR as the others have been repainted over the years.
