There is indeed a Breeze Airways Virtual in the queue for IFVARB certification. @Dylan.Winklosky is listed as the CEO in the application.
You can check the IFVARB Database for reserved VA/VOs for future reference.

Yes I have helped also create breeze virtual and yes we haven’t started yet it’s in the review process @Dylan.Winklosky Hasn’t messaged me in a while with any updates
