Hello I have a issue when I’m at a airport like JFK other planes show up as just a box I don’t see the actual plane

its likely that your aircraft count was set to zero.
go to the game settings, then online, and change the aircraft count to the desired value.
No mine is set to high

or even, internet connection?
That use to happen to me but than it just stopped doing that not sure how it fix haha
I think I remember that one time I saw planes near me that were showing unknown at airports and even at cruise and the planes wouldn’t load when even at a busy or Not busy airport and I saw the same thing. Boxes… Even when I tried going out and into the app I still had it but then a month later it worked.
if you tried everything that was suggested and it still does’t work, then it may be related to your device storage, when you are running out of storage it does that at times
