Hello everyone! I have a trouble: i haven’t got any “restore purchases” button. I reinstalled the app and tried to download bought planes, but i saw message “Item already bought”. Now i can’t download bought planes :(

Weird, that the restore purchase button is not there. Are you sure you’re connected to wifi ? Other than that I don’t have any solution, alternatively you could ask a moderator.

1 year, still no restore purchase button?

Only iOS has a Restore Purchases button (the process has to be triggered manually on that platform). On Android there is no button since your purchases are found automatically (it will be marked with “download” if you have already purchased, provided that you are using the same Play Store account and haven’t had it refunded). If this issue persists, contact support on this page (take screenshots of the receipt emailed to you when you purchased the IAP): http://feedback.flyingdevstudio.com/

Click “buy” and login with your account. It should reinstall your purchases.

Note: im not liable to any damage incurring your wallet. If this goes wrong, it’s not my fault. This should work.

Restore Purchases Not Working

Hello, I’ve had Infinite Flight for a few years now. Every time there’s an app update, I have to click Restore Purchases. No problem, it’s always worked, until today. I’m running an iPad Pro 12.9" with the most updated iOS, 10.2.1. I haven’t done anything new/different, but I’m just getting a message that restoring the purchases failed. I’ve gone to a plane I’ve already purchased and it’s saying Purchase, not Download like I’ve seen before. Any help is much appreciated! I love this game,…
