When the Boeing NMA (B797) Is Released, how will Boeing Name their aircraft ?
STARTING WiTH A 7 and ENDING with a 7?
They Have:
707
717
727
737
747
757
767
777
787
(NMA) 797
???
WoW that’s a good question! 🤔
Let me guess: b7107
My guess is 808/818 etc. 🤓
I’d say either
505 or 909 etc
They may take a new route and start calling them words like the Boeing Dreamliner 8/9/10 instead of 787-8/9/10
@JacksonAviation I like that idea and hope that’s what they do. My guess before was they would just start over with 707 but now I realise that that makes no earthly sense.
I don’t believe they will start over because who wants to see a smaller plane and go, “Look, there’s the 747!”
They could do the 807 or the 808 for their aircraft. Personally I like the 807 because they still keep the 7 theme
I think we’ll see a bunch of new variants of existing planes. Perhaps they’ll do some sort of 767 or 757 upgrade.
799? B696? I don’t know
I say the Boeing 7X7 would come after that
I think it will be 808 or 606.
7X7 is very good I like that!!
This is just a thought that they might put Roman Numerals in between the 7’s like 7X7 7XI7 7XII7 and so on. I highly doubt they’ll do this though.
They actually might, as many people have been talking about the “7X7” for a while. And it would sound nicer than 7107. Why do you doubt it’ll happen?
This is most likely as they had the boeing stratocruiser and Dash before the 707
I think it will just be totally different maybe more words than numbers like a few have said
