Well we have never had a 787 landing competition well now we have come in a 787 8/9/10 and try to be a pro landing champion of the 787 to keep the event fair I will ask you to do only one landing and that will be your entry landing

CATEGORIES INCLUDE

  1. Smoothness
  2. Centre line
  3. How stable/level you come in

So for the landing i will need 10 competitors and i will be the judge along with 1 more in ATC tower please land on the RWY i assign you for

I would say open the competition to about 10 gates and you’ll have people flow in.

Basically, your event title needs to look like this,
Title Date time in Zulu then month and year
So EG Event 60800Z OCT18

The reason there has never been a landing contest for the 787 is because it has APPR,all other landing contests use aircraft without APPR,plus how are you going to trust players won’t use it?

You can tell if they are using it or not. If the plane does dramatically violent maneuvers, they’re either using APPR, or just horrible at flying the machine. Either way, they fail the test.
