Boeing 777 series light rework

The flaperon on a Boeing 777 can be considered similar to a “hand” in an organism. Just as a hand can perform multiple functions like grasping, pointing, or gesturing, a flaperon combines the roles of both a flap and an aileron. It helps the aircraft maintain lift and control during flight, much like how a hand can perform fine motor tasks while also contributing to larger movements.

That is because newer Models are up to date to be able to have certain features… if a model is 2-3 years old it might not be possible to add the newest features without messing the model up… hence new fearures aren’t automatically added to older models… if this would be possible, I’m pretty sure the Team would consider adding new features to older Models

My biggest issue with the current 777 is there is no moving inner aileron. I hope you implement the inner aileron on future reworks such as the 787 767 and 747

All of these photos were taken by me at DFW Airport

I know a better name. The Flaperon :)

Me too I would love to have this

I mean without the flaperons the 777 wouldn’t have made it this far

There’s a pretty big flaw in that thinking. Its name? Queen of the skies, especially the -8. Here’s a quick reminder that the 747 didn’t have neither gear tilt nor wingflex when it was originally released. That was changed in 21.1, which introduced gear tilt for all 747s and all 787s, as well as wingflex for the 747-8. However, unfortunately, it never went beyond that (just imagine the breath of fresh air that aircraft like the A340 and 767 would have solely by giving them wingfkex and gear tilt, while keeping physics the same!). What this shows is that, with enough will, they can definitely improve on older models even years after their release.

It seems everything has been said already.
I really don’t feel like repeating things again.

The quality of the 747 is not the same as the legacy aircraft, that’s why I think it was possible.

The next big big update is the new graphics engine, and since we received changed in 21.1 updating older aircraft in various ways, this is another chance at seeing improvements to older models to make them more flyable.

Those aren’t related in any way.

I know, but since 21.1 contained improved textures for older aircraft, gear tilt for 747 and 787 and some improvements to the C-17, we could expect something similar in the next graphical update.

Nope.
That’s just illogical reasoning.

I don’t think the triple seven series needs a rework Because it is already a great aircraft in Infinite Flight With modern cockpits and more. This would require a lot of work and therefore I don’t think there is a point in reworking the triple seven. I think the 787 should get reworked

Light* rework :)

I still don’t think it needs a light rework

yeah same here, to me its probably one of the best quality planes in game, tbh roughly the same as the a330 variants, I’m happy with how it is now and it might be missing minor details like flaperons but I don’t even notice it

Yep, and from my experience, the 777, especially the 77W is by far one of the, if not THE most used aircraft in IF, even aircraft like the A350 or A380 come nothing close to the amount of 77W’s i see.

The A350 is not up to the standards of the 777 and most airports in IF can accommodate the 777 unlike the A380 which has select number of gates.

It’s not up to standard but it’s good for many. Still functional and flyable.

Ayy, I’m not too sure about that one, bud.
